Day 1 when the event was to start, everyone arrived tired and weak. As the hours clicked, we all got happier. Got our cardboard posts and sleeping bed outside at noon, leaving us hours behind our daily target. It was a difficult one on the first day as we had to explain the rules and the importance of the campaign to the students. Although, some students were aware of the program but some were reluctant.
The night came, and we thought of a way to keep ourselves busy. So we decided to play basketball till 1am while the other participants counted the money donated earlier during the day.
We made close to 2000dhs.
